An Electronic Design Engineer, with strong Circuit Design / Layout skills, is sought by a leading high technology manufacturer who are about to move to state of the art offices in Fareham, Hampshire. You should have a strong Degree (or equivalent) and good commercial Electronic Design experience.

Developing a range of innovative products, both Analogue and Digital, you will primarily be involved in PCB layout, managing Electronic Design projects. This will include initial circuit design through to board delivery, testing and debugging. You will also define and implement electronic architectures and keep up to date with emerging technology, which the company could potentially utilise.

The role ideally requires a 2:1 Degree (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, with strong circuit design and circuit layout skills in a commercial environment. You should be able to quickly design and implement analogue and digital circuits that function correctly with only minimal rework. Whilst not essential, it would be useful if you have previous experience with packages such as Labcenter Proteus and Cadence OrCAD.

Role based in the Fareham area of Hampshire, close to the motorway, and easily commutable from locations such as Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Gosport, Havant, Waterlooville.
